Include: product name, a short description of the issue, and the Payhip receipt email when the question concerns a purchase.

Before contacting support

  1. Check the receipt and spam folders for the Payhip delivery email.
  2. Open My Library in the same browser profile used during checkout.
  3. Keep the order reference available, but do not send payment-card information, passwords, or unrelated personal data.

What support can help with

Support can clarify what a product includes, investigate a missing digital-delivery message, and help match a valid receipt to the correct product access path. Support cannot recover browser data that was deleted locally or provide professional financial, legal, medical, or academic advice.
